General terms
By placing an order you indicate to accept our Terms and Conditions. Kinderkledingshop.nl reserves the right to change its General Terms temporarily.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled, without payment of a fine and without giving any reasons, if not yet shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. We ask you to send us an e-mail to info@Kinderkledingshop.nl. Your cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.
If you have already paid the order you are cancelling , Kinderkledingshop.nl reimburses the amount paid at the latest within fourteen (14) days. If the order is canceled later an amount of € 2.50 will be charged.
Delivery
Delivery will take place as long as supplies last. Kinderkledingshop.nl aims at sending orders within 1 business day after receipt of the payment sent. However Kinderkledingshop.nl can not be commited. By opting for a post-payment Kinderkledingshop.nl aims at sending the order within 1 working day after receipt of the order. We send by TNT Post.
The deadline is 30 days after placement of orders, excluding orders which the customer has indicated they want to receive later. If it is not possible to supply the customer within 30 days the customer will be informed in time and he has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Prices
The articles have to be paid in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs (unless mentioned otherwise) are not included in these prices. Before contracting the agreement, the total price including shipping will be reported by our website.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased at Kinderkledingshop.nl, please contact us through our ticket service in your account. The costs for returning an article with a complaint will be in the first instance on behalf of the customer . These costs will be credited if the complaint is well founded.
Force majeure
Kinderkledingshop.nl has the right, in case of force majeure, to suspend or to resolve a customer's order or contract without judicial intervention, notifying the client by letter. Kinderkledingshop.nl does not accept any responsability for any damages, unless it appears unacceptable under the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

To all the rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as these conditions, only Dutch law can be applied.

Payment

After your order you will be automatically relayed to the PayPal page where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay with your credit card. Because of the high costs of PayPal, we are forced to recharge costs of 3.5% of the total amount. - Payment in advance on bank account
If you choose for payment in advance you will get an e-mail with the correct data of the bank. Remember to not the order number for payment. When we have received the payment, we will send the order and confirm by an e-mail that the order is sent. - Cash payment upon collection
You can collect order at our shop, this can be done by appointment and you can use the contact page to make an appointment.
