Can I return an item?

Yes, if you don't like an item or if it's the wrong size, you can always return the items. 

There are a number of conditions:

• notifiy the return by creating a ticket (first log into your account);
• fill in the form which you can find here ;
• return everything to Kinderkledingshop.nl, you can find the address at the form for your return.

We will not accept the returned items when:

• Articles worn or washed;
• Articles no longer have the original labels attached;
• you've tried to repair a defect yourself;
• you didn't follow the instructions and / or directions for use.

If you want to exchange an item we will, after receiving the article, send a replacing item as soon as possible. If you want to return an item we will send you a voucher for the amount of the item
